Section 1 - General
Article 1 - Dues; Associate Member status and Reinstatement.
A. Membership dues, the amount to be determined by a majority vote of the Voting Members, must be paid on or before the first half of each electoral term of officers. Any Voting Member, who fails to pay dues by stated time, without prior notice to an officer of the club, shall be relegated to Associate Member status. Any Voting Member relegated to Associate Member status may be reinstated through the following procedure.
1. Associate Member requests reinstatement.
2. A brief discussion on the merits of the past Voting Member will be held with the Membership.
3. The "Executive Board" will make the final decision on reinstatement.
B. Any reinstated Voting Member is responsible for all back dues.

2. I know the club, the people, and the games better than most anyone. And, I haven't been an ass since I logged into Vent in January.
3. I they say no they can keep the $20 and screw themselves. :)
